Ciabata bread
Ingredients :
110 ml of water
110 ml of milk
80 ml of olive oil
1 cc of salt
1 cc of sugar
500 g white flour
1 sachet of dry yeast (baker's yeast)
Preparation:
- Programe "dough".
- When the program is finished, flour the work plan and his hands,
- remove the dough from the bowl, divide it into 10 small balls (chopsticks or not at all),
- let them rest on a plate under a cloth for 1 hour.
Then in the oven for about 20 minutes at 220°C.
N.B. The recipe I found advocated yellowing them with egg yolk and shearing them on top. I did it and I do not like how it looks, the bread is too bright.
