Snail Pizza

Ingredients:
 
A homemade pizza dough (See pizza dough)
1 box of snails
Mozzarella cheese to taste
1 or 2 fresh tomatoes
Garlic to taste
Black olives to taste
Provence herbs to taste
Olive oil to taste

Preparation:

  1. Remove the thin slices of tomatoes.
  2. Rinse the snails and reserve them.
  3. Add garlic to taste in olive oil and reserve a small amount.
  4. Lower the dough very thin.
  5. Brush the dough with the garlic oil.
  6. Heat the snails in the reserved garlic oil.
  7. Place the tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with herbs from Provence.
  9. Add the snails, mozzarella and black olives.
  10. Bake at 350 F. (180 C) until lightly toasted or in the Claude Savoie wood-fired oven in an open oven.
