Pizza dough

Ingredients:
 
5 ½ cups white flour
2 tablespoons regular Fleshman yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 cups warm water
¼ cup of olive oil or canola
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Knead well
  2. Place in a closed bowl and allow to swell for 1 hour
      
    Makes 2 thick pizza crusts or 4 thin pizza crusts
