Ciabata bread

Ingredients :
 
110 ml of water
110 ml of milk
80 ml of olive oil
1 cc of salt
1 cc of sugar
500 g white flour
1 sachet of dry yeast (baker's yeast)

Preparation:

  1. Programe "dough".
  2. When the program is finished, flour the work plan and his hands,
  3. remove the dough from the bowl, divide it into 10 small balls (chopsticks or not at all),
  4. let them rest on a plate under a cloth for 1 hour.

Then in the oven for about 20 minutes at 220°C.

N.B. The recipe I found advocated yellowing them with egg yolk and shearing them on top. I did it and I do not like how it looks, the bread is too bright.
